I am styling and merchandising women floor. From 2015 White City is the England model store which entails the highest standards. My role is to find a new and exciting way to present the products balancing the creativity and the commercial point of view. My day-to-day work responsibilities include:- Supporting the Head Office team in the studios during the model store set up, with additional styling mannequins and photographing them.- Supporting other stores in the implementation of the policy to be ready for the seasonal lunch, updating the windows or supporting in the opening of a new store. - Coordination, adjustment, installation and occasionally designing windows display.- Constantly updating with the market current trends, street style trends,visual merchandiser strategies and catwalks, sharing with my colleagues through weekly moodboards.- To plan, organise and execute floor movement and analyse the result on the sales figures.- Responsible of stock displaying, replenishment , styling mannequins and the layout in order to keep an attractive and inspiring environment for the customer.- Training the new team incorporations, teaching the M&S way, Health and Safety basics and supporting them during their company adaptation.- Being part of big fashion campaigns like the collaboration with Vogue, Lulu Kennedy and Alexa Chang.Valued for my proactivity and problem solving, work organisation and ability to work under pressure.
