 Responsible for directing and strengthening the operations accounting, settlement, securities and cash management Provide to Head of Operations accurate and timely results on the settlement of transactions Coordinate, help, develop and implement control procedures to meet company’s objectives Support the whole team in leading them to their respective career path  Perform the duties of Head of Operations in her absence  Ensure that regulatory requirements are submitted on a timely basis Sign-off trade related accounts for operations (i.e due client, due clearing) and SOX Provide quality service to both internal and external clients by providing accurate reports and responding to their queries immediately Coordinates with local Custodian Banks, Settlement Bank, depository/PDTC (Phil. Depository & Trust Company), clearing house/SCCP (Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines and central bank/BSP(Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) on trade-related transactions, IPOs (initial public offerings) & secondary offerings Authorized signatory of the company for trade related transactions Verify and approve Month-End Reports Monitor cash position and money market placement Supervise settlement of Offerings (Primary, Secondary & Treasury) on both International and Domestic offerings Assist in the repatriation of funds (commission earned & underwriting fees).
