Application Specialist Time and Attendance- Implement ADP eTIME across North America.- Coordinate eTIME testing.- Create step by step training documents.- Coordinate and complete Train the trainer.

• Participate in customer requirements gathering, discussions and analysis and provide inputs to the project proposals.• Work with the business sponsors, usability specialists and business analysts to refine the project vision.• Review the business requirements and perform gap and/or impact analysis.• Define and document internal and external user interfaces and support system and data requirement clarification and definition.• Create high level and detailed level design and provide an effort estimate• Drive and participate in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies.• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are • translated accurately into working technical designs.• Support prototyping activities that validate business requirements, solution definition and minimize the risk.• Conduct performance evaluation and implementation of the feasibility of the high-level design.• Guide teams on coding and optimization.• Perform code reviews and sign-off.

• Develop new Kronos Timekeeping configuration, pay rules, genies, vacation request; for new acquisitions.• Process improvement on existing pay rule configuration that reduced payroll processing time in 40%.• Write and support interfaces to/from Kronos to PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 (SQR), support Kronos imports/exports.• Modified and created Connect interfaces for imports/exports to Kronos.• Analyze, gather, document, and implement user requirements.• Contribute to the creation of project plans and deliverables such as a testing, conversion, configuration and interface strategies.• Using SQL (Toad, SQL Plus,etc.), Access, Excel to run ad hoc reports for users. • Creating, updating, escalating, and resolving customer issues. • Provide production support; troubleshoot Kronos clocks, setup users on Teletime. • Read and understand release notes to apply Kronos Service Packs. • Use Kronos Super Search to troubleshoot Process Designer setting and other Kronos issues. • Oracle Incentive Compensation: Configuration and troubleshooting compensation policies.

• Participate in the implementation and configuration of Kronos for various sites around the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. • Create and implement new processes to automate daily timekeeper activities. • Support for payroll administrators and Site Timekeepers. • Create specific reports in R & R Report Writer and Reports Smith for different financial requirements.• Use relation database knowledge (Oracle) to support users reporting requirements. • Use Access and SQL Server to reconcile information from PeoleSoft and Kronos databases.• Communicate specific interface and reporting requirements to IT team.
