Pedagogue with an MBA degree in Business Administration, I´m the partner leader of EY Private for Latam South. I work with relationship programs such as ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR which recognizes and honors entrepreneurs who build journeys of success, and WINNING WOMEN that supports female entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and barriers for the growth of their businesses.I coordinate the assistance to small and medium companies, strategies definition of the EY Private area, and integration of the One EY. service lines. In partnership with internal areas, we customize service providing solutions for this ecosystem.I have 25 years of expertise in the immigration area. It was 12 years at EY, 9 years at the company that I´ve founded and was bought by EY in 2009, and 4 years working in a law office focused on immigration laws.In 2016, I had the opportunity to work in the Project management of the Olympic Games, offering support in the transference of foreigners to Brazil, in the planning of the Olympic Games.I also work as a Commission member of Startups and Scaleups at IBGC, Counselor of Instituto Rede Mulher Empreendedora and Member of the Women Network committee of EY.I´m a determined person who likes self challenges, unquiet, moved by challenges, who loves life and helping people.I connect executive entrepreneurs and others entrepreneurs aiming to generate growth opportunities in businesses through mentoring programs, recognizing people and companies that deserve their stories to be told to the world, besides supporting PME companies.My mission goes in the direction of the EY purpose “Build a better business world”.CONTATO: raquel.teixeira@br.ey.com
