As Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisor, I supported the development and implementation of a proactive and coordinated stakeholder strategy. I conducted analysis and recommended activities that delivered effective two-way engagement and stakeholder advocacy. Importantly, I helped to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to position Sydney Water for the future.

In this hybrid role, I created and delivered enterprise-wide communication campaigns that supported Sydney Water's strategy and resonated with our people. As on-call spokesperson, I developed responses to media enquiries to protect reputation. I also identified and executed proactive media opportunities across TV, radio, print and online publications to promote the Sydney Water brand.

In this role I developed and implemented a range of communication campaigns across paid, owned and earned media that drove brand awareness and increased share of voice. As UAC’s chief media liaison, I was responsible for daily media monitoring, responding to media issues and enquiries, and managing media announcements.
