Serve as the primary human resources contact for over 500 employees in the Aviation Supply Chain group 's multiple global locations; addressing HR related issues in all areas of the field (Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, etc.) in addition to ensuring the proper application of company policy and federal laws• Conduct new hire orientation and training• Oversee full life cycle recruitment for the group• Provide data analysis on a wide variety of metrics such as the employee opinion survey and management 360 reviews• Helped develop a new, automated employee appraisal process• Maintain and track FMLA, Short Term Disability and other LOA’s •Assist with other HR responsibilities as requested
