In cooperation with Berlin's most successful queer parties, WHOLE | United Queer Festival happens yearly at Gremminer See, a small town situated 140 km southwest of Berlin. The three-day electronic music camping festival has expanded greatly in size but continues its commitment to representing an interesting cross-section of Berlin’s underground queer scene. The aim of the festival is to take a stand against homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, misogyny, ableism, and racism, and to encourage a community in which everyone is equal.

Previous Partnerships: Boiler Room, Soho House, Melt! Festival, Milkshake Festival, Feel Festival, EGG London, among others. Pornceptual is an online gallery that aims to explore the boundaries and meanings of art and pornography. Besides our online platform, we organize events and publish a quarterly magazine. My position consists of planning events, curating our media content and managing different projects, such as parties, exhibitions, international partnerships, and photo & video shootings. Furthermore, the brand development, the web site traffic growth and coming up with new strategies are also part of my daily tasks.

The project involved three main components, all of which were pertinent to the build out project of the new SoundCloud HQ. The first component was to source new vendors/products and do a comparative analysis on which new business relationship would scale best for the company in the long term. The second was to negotiate the terms by which the company and the vendor would do business (i.e. price point, duration of service, etc.). The third component was to manage these new business relationships in their early stages to ensure that a solid partnership would form.
