I am Raquel Giner Borrull.Unbelievable, but it is true: Two year´s time now (i.e. Jan2024) since I started a new way of life, including among the list of changes, working in PRODUCTOS CITROSOL, S.A.I keep my mantra 'alive', as it has opened new doors since then: Every day, I am giving thanks to life. Since 2002, I always worked with innovation projects. My highest satisfaction along that time was to contribute to implement developments for private and public entities, which benefited their businesses, but also the society in general. To participate in sustainable innovative developments and activities is still one of my major wishes. I have always been enthusiastic with innovative projects that can provide tangible, exploitable and successful results to really guarantee the wellbeing, not only in our current society but also for the future generations. Wherever I am, I will work to be a piece of the complex process towards a real Circular Economy. From January 2022, I became part of PRODUCTOS CITROSOL S.A. family. It is an organization where, in addition to cover all those aspects (private company committed to research, development & innovation; aligned with Circular Economy principles and engaged to their clients and the society´s sustainability, in general), I have found a true working-life balance; where I can enjoy my professional, emotional, mental and personal life; near my home, much closer to those who I love. Moreover, I feel as I had come back to home again, much closer to my Chemistry studies and the nature itself.PRODUCTOS CITROSOL S.A. has shown to be a very professional and competent company in their sector. In these 2 years, CITROSOL has faced at least two major milestones in the company´s history, and we have successfully overcome them: 1. FLC staff joined CITROSOL, resulting in increasing business activities and world working areas; 2. Unfortunately, a fire destroyed part of one of the production plants. The good news is that we all are stronger and united than ever, as a whole group. During this 2-year period I have learnt plenty of things, such as those related to Regulatory PPP aspects or the Environmental & Quality System in a chemical company; thanks to the support, patience and kind help of all my co-workers, especially Pilar, Carmen & Alfredo (my department co-workers). I am conscious that there are still much more waiting for me, and that is precisely one of the exciting aspects of this job!Looking forward to collaborating with you all in some way.
