Current Manage and maintain the talent acquisition vendor portfolio for retained and contingent search firms. These firms specialize in securing top-tier talent for senior executive and niche roles. Lead all contract negotiations with internal Sourcing and Line of Business (LOB) partners. This includes reviewing the existing portfolio and decisioning contract renewals. Conduct ongoing performance and compliance reviews of current service level agreements and contract offerings, ensuring continued adherence to company policy, performance metrics, and contractual obligations. These reviews influenced the savings of $250K in contract negotiations and renewals by reconciling redundant costs in the original general service agreements (GSAs). Facilitated critical remediation efforts with Third Party Information Security (TPIS). This partnership resulted in the reduction and closure of 150+ vendor-related security issues. Further compliance reviews led to an 18% reduction in the vendor portfolio, removing low-performing or non-compliant vendor relationships. Directed the intake process for the Vendor Management COVID project team. This unique project provided traceability on reported COVID cases among the vendor employee staff and standardized the process for monitoring and reporting external staff changes due to the pandemic.
