• Direct, lead and implement the agency toward the achievement of the organizations philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.• Provide overall administration and management of the day to day affairs of the organization, its staff, and its programming, including direct service and program facilitation as needed.• Fiscal management including development, implementation and supervision of annual budget, maintenance of effective internal controls for the protection of organizational assets, oversight of the annual financial audit process, maintenance of monthly financial data and recommendations/implementations of resource allocations.• Oversee the creation, management and evaluation of operations and programs to ensure compliance with and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, reporting and regulatory requirements.• Evaluate, develop and market the agency as well as services/programs to support the organizational annual development plan. • Representation of agency collaboration with numerous funding partners, networking committees and various community organizations.• Community and public relations—assures the organization and its mission, program, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders and customers.• Direct the adequate availability, development and supervision of agency personnel.• Implementation, leadership and assistance on deliverables of annual fund development plan to achieve revenue goals and support fund development performance including special fundraising events, grant writing, mailing appeal, board development and major gift giving program.• Manage and assist the Board of Directors in facilitating stability for the organization and its programs.

• Responsible for financial management, personnel supervision, multiple program management, quality assurance and agency statistics.• Responsible for public speaking and agency relations.• Represent the agency in the community by coalition and advocacy participation in child and family advocacy issues.

• Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and fiscal management of the Supervised Visitation Programs. • Responsible for staff development programs, public speaking, community education and contract administration and management.• Provide direct service supervised visitation duties to clients.• Maintain ongoing program management including program evaluations, statistical records and client files.• Responsible for program supervision and assistance in the implementation of treatment plans and expert witness courtroom testimony. • Liaison between Waukesha County Health & Human Services and PPAC.
