Works as a design specialist in Corporate Innovation and Education projects, focusing on service design, interaction design, data analysis and qualitative research. Works with largeclients such as Vale, Ambev, Raízen and Grupo OLX.

Responsible for managing pedagogical quality data in conjunction with school coordination and management. Furthermore, they were responsible for supporting pedagogical coordination in creating curriculum, learning reports, skill indicator spreadsheets and other teacher support tools. They also carried out qualitative observation of the pedagogical team and set up training trails for teachers. They worked as coordinator of the schools' Maker program.

Responsible for managing the marketing, branding and commercial areas of the 5 units of Eklod schools, an educational group that works with basic education. During this period, the main focus of their work was structuring the marketing and sales processes, uniting and consolidating the entire sales funnel. This made it possible to have a systemic view of the effectiveness of all layers of the funnel (through conversion rates), using this data as a basis for improving processes and the sales experience for families.

Worked with several clients in the retail, education and healthcare sectors. Their main role was to manage projects and teams going through complete processes of cultural diagnosis, branding, service innovation, UX/UI in digital services, product modeling and corporate education.

During this period they also served as Coordinator of the company's 10th anniversary event, Ignição and gave a lecture on Design Thinking at the 5th SEAD (2nd Academic Week of Administration at UnB) and a workshop on the same topic at SEDE (Academic Week of Design by UnB).
