- To operate in regulated markets, the software must be certified by an independent third party. We oversee all phases of this certification process. Currently, we are obtaining certifications for multiple projects within the iGaming sector, including slots, bingo, and crash games, across various countries such as Portugal, Spain, the US, Sweden, and more.- We must ensure that all gambling games comply with the relevant legislation for regulated markets and meet specific client requirements. Additionally, we are responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, technical standards, and legislation for both new and ongoing projects. This involves identifying and analyzing customers' project-specific needs and documenting them clearly and thoroughly. When necessary, we also develop new procedures and update existing ones to maintain compliance and operational standards.

- Responsibility to gather and analyze all the mandatory documentation to complete the KYC due diligence under the US and Global KYC Procedures.-Ensure that Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs are in place.- Periodic Review, Event Driven Reviews, Minor Updates and Run-Off for several levels of risk (Low, Medium and High).- Coordination of the KYC process with the Front Office, Client Services (CCO), Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Sanctions, FIU, and Compliance to ensure that the policies and procedures are being followed correctly
