Mechanical Engineer with experience in manufacturing, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus in computer aided manufacturing and optimization.I currently work in the forging industry quoting for new projects, part modeling, tool design, and overseeing the tool manufacturing process. I work closely with the Quality Control department in modifying our tool design to help create parts that meet customer specifications. Highly proficient in ProE/Creo, I've also worked with ANSYS, and other parametric design software in addition to NURBS design software such as Rhino 3D. I'm familiar with using simulation tools such as ANSYS Mechanical, SolidWorks FEA package, Simulink, VPython and MATLAB.
