-Identify, interview, recruit, screen and present good candidates for a variety of positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic requirements.-Design job description, sourcing candidates through databases and social media.-Filling positions with talented and qualified candidates, follow up with test projects supplying feedback and updates to candidates.-Onboard candidates moving from phase 1 (test projects) to phase 2 (trial period), explaining the hiring and testing project and introducing the candidate to their supervisor.

-Create copy for various uses from ads, email marketing, landing pages, social media.

-Help develop video marketing strategies, photo content to drive traffic onto client's services, website and/or sales funnel. -Edit videos content, help with scripts, guiding film strategies and video/picture editing.-Create content for Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.

-Manage and coordinate duties for new pools, remodeling pools and houses providing support and decreasing delays by 3-4 weeks per projects through following up with all contractors.-Quote and order materials needed and coordinate delivery.-Ensure projects are running smoothly and on time, monitoring progress, coordinating inspections and overseeing members of the project team.-Support and follow up on permit runners and architects with the needed information to complete and submit plans and permits to building departments.-Contact and update clients on needed documentation, project progress and updates if necessary.-Assist with payroll and bookkeeping of each project.-Handle company’s online database of documents, permits, plans, photos and forms.
