The Customer Success Leadership Accelerator is a professional peer group for K-12 ed-tech leaders. Members actively participate in a structured format where they provide one another fresh perspective as well as candid, critical feedback in a safe space. The Accelerator is a collaborative environment where members problem-solve issues they’re facing, while developing the skills and knowledge to anticipate obstacles they’ll face in the future.

Internal customer ambassador; connecting our educators and librarians to Manga, Comic Books and Graphic Novel titles (simultaneous use/unlimited access), as well as educational resources. Continuously advocating for our customers and ensuring that each department is unified in providing a seamless, high-quality experience for all.

Created 11th grade reluctant reader curriculum. Increased school grade through student achievement scores on FSA-ELA. Increased student performance by 60%. Co-Creator of campus Literacy Leadership team.

Connected students to needed community resources; Created resource center for high risk students, successfully connected many students to needed services . Supervised, scheduled, hired and tasked students in work study program. Improved and created processes to monitor and evaluate the work load and ability of work study students. Created streamlined process to schedule work study tasks and assignments. Oversaw the student organizations: established a Student Leadership Council at local campus that has since been adopted onto 16 other Keiser University campuses. Grew student organizations by 300%. Created and established Student Ambassadors program. Phi Theta Kappa Adviser. Developed, hosted, and coordinated Job Fairs, Open Houses, Commencement Ceremony, and Advisory Board events annually. Grew attendance of Open House by 75%. Conducted market research and analyzed market trends for potential and existing programs. Chair for University Accreditation Committee- SACS Conduct.

Implemented and organized course delivery logistics for programs. Managed programs and courses in finance, quality assurance, contract training, logistics, and several others. Worked closely with and advised prospective students. Gathered and maintained accurate records for programs and/or grant administration. Managed grant programs. Headed project for restructuring of programs marketing strategies, vision, and long term business plan. Coordinated with community stakeholders during restructuring process as well as with program directors.

Assessed immediate and long term needs of child(ren) ages 4-18. Created a treatment plan for both child and family, including intervention plans to ensure progress. Continually advocated for the best interest of the child(ren). Coordinated with all child services including insurance provider, government agencies, school administrators and staff, therapeutic, medication, legal, and any and all additional services relevant to the success of the child and family.
