As an L3, I served in the Affirmative Litigation Department of the AUSAO in Detroit, Michigan, assisting in the civil prosecution of pharmaceutical companies that violated the controlled substance laws. As result of my experience in the Narcotics and Violent Crimes Unit of the AUSAO, I wrote my first 40+ pages article titled, "The Shattering of a Solid Rock: Would the DNA Act as currently enforced by the Federal Government survive strict scrutiny under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA)" In this article, I anticipated the failure of a federal enforcement practice by showing how such practice violated RFRA. My article was published by Michigan State College of Law in 2007. I enjoy writing. I have published hundreds of articles on multiple subjects, including business law, women in business, criminal law, immigration, and work-life balance.
