I bring my experience working in the private and nonprofit sectors with local and international youth, from places like East Africa, Mexico, and Sacramento; Through my nonprofit I am developing, leading, and providing quality programs for youth of all backgrounds and experiences in Sacramento, California.

This education center was opened in 2013 to provide accessible and fair priced ESL courses to Refugees in the East Africa Region. My duties included the following:- Created, developed, implemented and managed the ESL Program on-site in East Africa- Choosing curriculum and implementing evaluation techniques for student placement- Education Centre Marketing and Advertisement - Managed student enrollment and progress throughout the ESL program benchmarks- Managed the billing, budget and finances of the ESL Program- Managing special events - Teaching ESL courses to refugee students in the East Africa regionI am certified by the International Aid Organization as an ESL Instructor

- Providing support to build and maintain workforce for highly respected and extremely successful companies within the U.S and abroad- Data analysis of: Workforce needs, Employee satisfaction, Customer satisfaction- Managing needs of employees on-site and remotely - Monitoring of Billing status- Resolving Billing issues- Composing and establishing SOP Manuals for use within region as well as nationwide.- Special Projects: Employee retention for - Graveyard/after hours shift, Creating Employee satisfaction surveys
