She has over 10 years of experience in project and operations management, business planning, CSR/ESG governance before co-founding CHS and applying her sustainability strategy across various industries, including energy, education, events, technology and manufacturing.As a certified facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® method, Raquel combines her insights into corporate structure and operations with a creative approach to problem-solving and team-building.
