Reporting directly to Country Manager (CEO) and to Commercial Vice President in Powerchina International Americas in Panama, I play a key role to drive Powerchina Brasil to start their operations in the Brazilian Infrastructure Market. Powerchina aim to act in Brazil as an EPC Contractor and as Investor. I am responsible for organize the commercial structure, commercial planning and maintain a permanent contact with the infrastructure market in order to seek projects to win EPC Contracts and to do investments. I also, responsible for M&A and Structured Business to enter in green fields projects.

Representing Thoreos in São Paulo region, I was responsible for Commercial Development, Project Management and Consultancy Services - Valuation, Investment Analysis, Project Finance, M&A, Financial Modelling, Infrastructure Auctions support and Economic Appraisal Reports.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure - South America and Africa, I play a key role in making and managing infrastructure investments around the countries. As a Business Developer Executive I lead a team to evaluating potential infrastructure investment opportunities, conducting research, developing recommendations, participating in the negotiation and execution of investments and monitoring and managing investments.i) Analyze and Recommendation Investment Opportunities:• Research, analyze and evaluate a variety of infrastructure investment opportunities, performing due diligence process, building dynamics financial models, market analysis, identifying risks, etc. Create Infrastructure investment recommendations outlining potential investment opportunities. Present together with Head of Infrastructure, investment recommendations to the Board Investment Members.ii) Execute Infrastructure Investments:• Liaise with investment partners (other investors) and advisors (financial, legal, etc.) in order to prepare the Final Proposal to be presented in the bidding process. Assist in negotiating and executing agreements and other transaction-related legal documentation.iii) Monitor Infrastructure Investments:• Work with management teams on strategic business initiatives; Monitor ongoing financial and operational performance of Infrastructure investments; Assist in performing reviews of valuations for Infrastructure investments; Attend annual meetings and board meetings as required; Assist in monitoring potential exit alternatives (including public market conditions and potential strategic partners); Assist in building and leveraging relationships with portfolio company management teams and infrastructure fund managers.

Reporting directly to the Head of Project Finance was responsible to research, analyze and evaluate a variety of infrastructure investment opportunities - i) Build dynamic financial models with objective to test assumptions, sensitivities and expected returns. ii) Perform valuation analysis, including DCF, precedent transactions and comparable company analysis. iii) Liaise with financial and legal advisor assists to funding raise - Debt, Equity and Guarantees on Project Finance basis.
