Our team's efforts have culminated in the successful acquisition of R$6.5 million through public funding initiatives. My role encompassed crafting compelling proposals and executing rigorous accountability for public social projects, demonstrating a keen aptitude for both strategic planning and meticulous compliance.Currently, as a Graduate Research Assistant at CNPq, my focus on Gerontology is paired with a hands-on approach to social project development. The proficiency developed in training and development within HR realms has been instrumental in mentoring teams towards achieving our shared goals.
