As the Operations and Program Pastor, I am leading the development of a new Dinner Church worship community while also working to form new inter-generational worship events and programs. I work in collaboration with other staff and congregational leaders to build relationships with the larger Wilmette community, develop best practices for tracking community development initiatives, and educate and engage new members. In addition to supporting the Lead Pastor in providing Sunday morning worship leadership and pastoral care, I also oversee the daily maintenance of an aging facility and have worked to secure both long-term and short-term mission and space sharing partners.
