• Product development from sketch to ready to sell product for customers working in the field of indoor furniture (flatline, bedroom & livingroom);• Studying the documentation received from the client, realizing the 3D model and 2D drawings, Particleboard and MDF cutting diagrams according to the client's requirements;• Proposals of cutting diagrams in order to optimize the flow products (also standardization of tools, dimensions, holes diameter, fittings, cardboard), sketch packaging files, unit load pallets;• Making the product nomenclatures in order to obtain the price calculation;• Feasibility studies of new products on stream;• Involvement in continuous improvement actions (loss reduction workshops, working instructions, machine setting charts);• Maintaining the relationship with the client on the technical part, maintaining the relationship with the client's technician;• Track production / performance indicators (KPIs) versus what was planned, quality standards, deviation determination and periodic communication to the people involved;• Trace compliance with product nomenclatures and issue non-compliance reports on non-compliance with nomenclatures;• Production of regular reports on the production activity, respectively the development of products;• Claim management;• Project management;• Lean manufacturing;

- Issuing orders for goods to suppliers; monitoring open orders to suppliers; - Verifying the input prices of received products, goods calculations, accounting documents from goods deliveries; - Products presentations/training's, technical support and marketing support for employees, customers; - Organizing logistics, optimization of transport orders from suppliers; - Checking the warehouse storage conditions; - Monitoring stocks; - Implementing new products; - Answering to sales managers,customers or suppliers requests; - Claim management; - Providing sales/ purchasing reports to branch manager; - Establishing special offers and stock clearance; - Weekly reports for products in stock, ongoing depreciation of goods; - Performing technical measurements on the work site; - Ensuring customers interface; - Sales of company products; - Product promoting and new customers identification; - Negotiation of customers discounts; - Maintaining relationships with suppliers.
