Always looking to bring purpose to my work. I am by nature a program manager and analyst but have a deep sense of social justice and employee engagement. I spend time working to be a better leader today than I was yesterday. I look to bring my expertise and creativity to human resources, organizational design, performance management, learning, along with understanding and compassion to the organizations and groups for which I have the pleasure to work. I have managed multi-million dollar grant programs for the County of Fresno, Health Department along with providing trend and analytic support. I have participated on a number of boards and executive teams and have always enjoyed opportunities where I was tasked with a challenge such as reorganization and operational redesign for a mid-size corporation operating at a loss to creating a streamlined more efficient team-based structure ready for the next phase of development and continued operation to building credibility and support with employees on a personal level changing the nature of the organization's perceptions by staff and public.
