- Implement a tool shop project for a better controlling and trasability of the milling and turning tools used in the technological processes from the production field.- Organize and define a tool management system with a dyspensing machine equiped with a customized software (from a global producer in the tooling industry).    - Highlight tool costs, stocks, consumption and demand in a more effective way.- Reduce tool waste and improve tooling quality and performances.- Purchase all capital goods, consumables and exchange parts for the entire activity from the production area. - Collaborate with the external maintenance companies for equipment repairs.- Partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.   - Review quality of purchased products.- Pursue optimal delivery dates and prices.

- Train and scholarize new users on the PP module. - Create and record technological sheets and production work orders based on the previous informations defined in the SD (sales and distribution) and MM (material management) modules.- Calculate machines capacity and track production times.- Combine SAP and Microsoft Excel for several analysis aiming the key indicators from the production area.- Offer solutions for the SAP production team.- Ensure that all the data in the ERP software is correct and functional.

- Coordinate production sequences of milled and turned parts (prototypes and short series) through the processes of milling, drilling, reaming, threading, turning and grinding.- Establish the optimal processing mode of the parts in collaboration with the programming engineers and the operators.- Oversee the activity of thirty machine operators.- Ensure the quality of the manufactured parts according to the technical drawings delivered by the german clients.

- Plan and schedule workflow and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and delivery dates.- Analyze all work orders for completeness of material and resources based on customer orders.- Provide weekly and daily analyses regarding key indicators and essential figures such as OEE, people's efficiency, delivered hours, produced hours, delivering performance, scrap rate, third party reclamations and lead time.- Schedule, expedite and coordinate the delivery and movement of critical material, including material transfers. - Construct and revise bill of material utilizing SAP exports regarding the reservations of material.- Collaborate with foremans, technologists, industrial engineers and local managers to eliminate production flow losses.- Plan and schedule workflow and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and delivery dates.- Analyze customer's forecast and purchase patterns to identify optimum inventory planning.Support and initiate Lean Practices in 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvements, value stream mapping and visual controls.- Use and maintain SAP data as the primary planning system tool, using 20+ transactions.-

- Operate a 5 axis milling machine​ Grob 350 on Sinumerik controller.- Produce assemblies and sub-assemblies necessary for the fuselage of several Airbus models according to the technical documentation, norms and quality standards of the single client, AIRBUS Group.- Ensure quality with precise measurement devices.
