I was appointed by the CEO to play an integral role in merger of Northern Trust Interamerican Bank (an Edge Act bank) with Security Trust (a trust) and conversion to a new national bank in the Florida market. Subsequently, I was appointed to successive leadership roles within the new Northern Trust Bank of Florida entity, in Miami, directing the market growth strategy and expansion of services. Ultimately, I was appointed Vice President of CRA Investment and Hispanic Market Officer for the state of Florida.
