Executive National Bank was a major interstate bank, which was acquired by City National Bank in 2020.I held multiple roles on the Board of Directors, including as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and as Vice Chairman of the Loan Committee.

Satuple was a provider of Latin American closed-circuit sports, news, and entertainment broadcasts to 5,000+ Hispanic-focused sports bars across the US.In 2001, I was recruited to serve as the interim CEO, leading full scope of strategy and operations, including marketing and brand positioning, financial management, capital investment, and leadership supply. Key achievements:►Navigating the organization through the negotiation of distribution agreements to major US Hispanic and other networks, including Univision, Telemundo, Televisa, and Fox Sports.►Managing the corporate sale to a private equity investor group.

Grupo LAFISE (Latin American Financial Services Corp.) is major Central American full-service banking and financial services institution.I architected and executed the next-stage growth strategy as the head of credit leading for the company’s Nicaragua and Costa Rican subsidiaries. In this role reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board, I directed a multinational organization of over 1,000 employees, with responsibility for enterprise strategy, credit, marketing plans, C-level business development, government relations, and corporate governance. Northern Trust is a leading global financial institution that provides asset servicing, investment management and wealth management services for institutions, high-net-worth individuals and families.After graduating with my MBA, I was recruited to a management development-track position heading a portfolio of strategic business transformation initiatives. I was appointed by the CEO to play an integral role in merger of Northern Trust Interamerican Bank (an Edge Act bank) with Security Trust (a trust) and conversion to a new national bank in the Florida market. Subsequently, I was appointed to successive leadership roles within the new Northern Trust Bank of Florida entity, in Miami, directing the market growth strategy and expansion of services. Ultimately, I was appointed Vice President of CRA Investment and Hispanic Market Officer for the state of Florida. Key achievements:►Program managing a national bank conversion as a member of an elite business unit dedicated to building new business via domestic and international banking, investment, and trust services. This provided critical momentum in opening Florida to the Latin American and international business market, launching private banking and other services that delivered exponential growth.►Helping build Miami into the company’s #1 business unit.►Holding substantial unsecured lending authority.
