As a full-time facilitator, I lecture a diverse range of NATED courses (including Marketing Management, Public Relations, Sales Management, Applied Management and Management Communication - from N4 to N6 level). This is all facilitated within a blended learning environment (incorporating technologies like Moodle for our student portal, and Zoom for online lectures and discussions with students). My main functions and duties include academic planning, delivery, assessing and monitoring of students. Also, academic compliance with various regulatory bodies, as well as general student pastoral care.

Key achievements:• Oxford University Publishers (SA): Authored two published textbooks, focused on TVET college curricula during 2015 and 2016. These two titles are: Sales Management N5 and Sales Management N6. • Educate 24: Designed and developed two complete training courses (published and delivered online): Principles and Practice of Merchandising (published); Perishables Food Management (published). Done during 2016 and 2017. • M-Cot Corporate Training: Design, development and successful classroom facilitation of a credit management training programme for Nedbank during 2008. Designed and developed a complete learning programme in Marketing Management (nationally accredited certificate: SAQA 59276, NQF 4) during 2009. Edited three full qualifications (including complete assessment materials and SETA compliance documentation): Wholesale & Retail Ops (SAQA 58206 and SAQA 63409); and Retail Distribution (SAQA 49280) in 2011 and 2014.• Regenesys Business School: Complete course material design and writing of several courses: Negotiation & Conflict Management; Retail Management, Retail Marketing, Strategic Management - from NQF 5 to 8 over a three year period (2014 to 2017). • Agon Marketing Training: Training facilitator and assessor on several Marketing and Customer Management learnerships and skills programmes (NQF 4). Also provided input on aspects of programme development and assessment (including RPL assessment) of a nationally accredited professional certification program (CPD) for marketing professionals, nationwide. This also included coaching and mentoring these professionals on assembling their portfolios of evidence (2003 - 2010).• CAM Properties: Conducted portfolio of evidence workshops (SAQA 59097) for this real estate company's agents, and regularly wrote marketing and editorial content for much of the company's website, including the landing page, from January 2018 to June 2018.

Key Contributions:• Sales Manager for one of the company’s operating units (Performance Tenders USA) • Directly responsible for exceeding above company’s sales target by around 90% within the first year of operations (2012)• Designed and developed a complete short training course (Hiring Skills for Super Yacht Managers) for one of MGI’s clients.

Johannesburg Metropolitan Area

Course facilitator, learning material developer and assessor on several nationwide Marketing and Customer Management learnerships and skills programmes, mostly at occupational level (SAQA NQF 4). Also provided input on aspects of programme development and assessment (including RPL assessment) of a nationally accredited professional certification program (CPD) for marketing professionals, nationwide. This also included coaching and mentoring these professionals on assembling their portfolios of evidence. These projects ran concurrently over a seven year period (2003 - 2010).

Pretoria

Full time Lecturer and Subject Manager for Marketing Management studies (N4 - N6). Detailed job description and references available upon request. Key Contributions: Proactively established a relationship with a major national retailer (Verimark Retail) to provide internship training and employment opportunities for our students.  Conducted first-of-its-kind research project to measure and evaluate service quality levels provided by college administration department and faculty members, leading to significant improvements. Initiated research into a highly efficient contact management system for managing student and alumni database.
