Seasoned education and training professional and business consultant with more than a decade’s experience as course designer, lecturer, facilitator and assessor of nationally accredited training programs and curricula in marketing management, customer relationship management, new venture creation, business management, selling skills and retail operations to corporate companies, private and public educational institutions. In addition, I have more than twelve years worth of direct experience in Sales and Marketing across a number of industries, with a record of success, numerous successful projects and loyal clients, in South Africa and the US. My teaching approach is holistic and student-centered, emphasizing all aspects of competency. This competence includes not only knowledge, but also the life skills, values and behaviors needed to succeed in the business world and in life. As lecturer, instructional designer and developer, I have worked with public and private educational institutions and corporations on numerous projects successfully over the past decade. The ultimate reward for me though, is to see my students succeed – academically, professionally, and personally. My education and training skills, as well as selling, marketing and CRM skills developed across a range of diverse industries, combined with a Master's degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, means I am well positioned to deliver value to your organization.
