RESPONSIBILITIES:• Plan, execute, monitor, and control internal projects.• Provide operational support across the company both internally and externally (for all 3 brands).• Create operational manuals, checklists, policies and procedures for all brands in our portfolio.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• In January delivered the project “O’Learys Design & Construction Portal” worth over 1mil SEK which was produced to provide guidance through the design and construction of a new venue, so that O’Learys conceptual success factors are safeguarded.• Led the project “O’Learys Operations manual” and created big part of the content. Working on the same project now only for our other brand Harrys.• “Franchisee Manual” – detailed description of all processes & guidance for the franchisee before opening of new venue• Description of internal processes (the whole lifecycle) when it comes to opening of new venues.

O'Learys Bar & Restaurant - is a Swedish franchise restaurant chain with 120 restaurants in 13 countries. The total turnover in 2019 amounted to SEK 2.4 billion. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Led the team of Operational Specialists and managed the day- to-day operations of the team through planning & scheduling, assignment, monitoring and evaluation.• Conducted on-site support assignments related to openings /venues in demand of operational support when needed.• Supported in piloting, testing and roll out of O'Learys Trademarks' initiatives.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Created a template of over 200 checkpoints that is being used now during audits at all O’Learys venues.

O'Learys Bar & Restaurant - is a Swedish franchise restaurant chain founded in 1988 in Gothenburg. Today there are over 120 restaurants in 13 countries. The total turnover in 2019 amounted to SEK 2.4 billion. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Ensured franchisees' compliance with quality/brand standards and other key requirements.• Managed and coordinated communication between O’Learys and their franchisees.• Monitored, supported, and coached franchisees to maximize their sales, profits, and guest satisfaction.• Led the opening and closing process for franchisees’ venues including onboarding and training of teams of up to 30 people.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Opened more than 15 franchise venues in Norway, one of them was an entertainment center over 2500SQM in Skien.• One of my franchisees was awarded The Best Rookie of the Year in 2019.

SSP Group is a food travel expert and has outlets in airports and railway stations in 36 countries around the world. They have more than 550 brands in their portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for budget, profit, and daily operations.• Responsible for HMS (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Food safety in the unit.• Led and coordinated recruitment and training processes: identified the need for training according to team competencies and stregths, implemented effective motivational means for 20 employees. ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Awarded as the best Unit Manager of the year in 2012 for delivering the best financial results and highest team satisfaction scores.• Best Unit in Norway in 2014 for showing great results.
