Key responsibilities: define project tasks and requirements, coordinate resources, communicate and collaborate with partners and service providers, track project deliverables and ensure quality. Provide technical support for business unit.

Key responsibilities: ensure that the Tribe works well and follows the SAFe processes. Facilitate the Tribe events (PI (Program Increment) Planning, PI retrospective, etc.) and Scrum ceremonies. Assist three teams within Capital and Liquidity Tribes in delivering value. Remove impediments, facilitate discussions and conflict resolution. Support the Product Owner, Chief Product Owner, Architect, Management and stakeholders with techniques for effective product backlog management

Key responsibilities: establish the Scrum process, lead the Scrum teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve processes and team dynamics. Remove impediments, coach the scrum team on removing impediments. Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution. Interact with different stakeholders and contribute to continuously improving the way of working.

Key responsibilities: analyse and document business processes and requirements. Prepare investment projects, feasibility studies, procurement proposals, IS policies and other legal acts for IS establishment and validation. Contribute to the quality assurance process during IS development activities. Assist in IS auditing activities.

Key responsibilities: communicate with clients to understand their business needs. Gather and define business processes, prepare functional and non-functional requirements, create IS prototypes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare training programs and manuals, train end-users.

Key responsibilities: verify a large volume of electronic payments within tight time restrictions, investigate payments rejections, perform cheque /draft status inquiries from branch offices, document internal banking processes and procedures.
