-Managing sales and day to day operations of 3 brands under the "Going Gourmet" umbrella-Work with direct (private) clients as well as business to business (venues etc)-Coordinating roster for offsite jobs (through peak season, upward of 80 employees)-Working closely with Executive chef to adhere to business and clients' needs-Report feedback on financials-sales vs targets, monthly events sold, aged receivables and any other relevant and required information for management-Host client tastings- private as well as group tastings. Meetings to go through sample menus tailored to needs and work through running schedules and event planning with clients-Variety of clientele- Weddings, Engagements, Private functions, conferences, business to business, cafes, venues and event spaces, funerals, brand activation and more -Direct sales communication with client, from enquiry, quote, updates to needs, receiving of funds to settling the account for event

- Invoice processing- Accounts Payable- Accounts Receivable- Reconciling- Daily cash handling in retail environment- Banking- Small amount of stock controlling- Assisting our customers with event styling and suggestions- Event Function set ups- Coordinating orders and deliveries for items & equipment for events and functions- Implementing payment plans- Assisting on site set ups for weddings- Participating in Wedding Expos- Working at weddings and functions serving meals and/or beverages when required

- Accounts payable for all company owned stores- Invoice processing- Petty cash reimbursements for stores- Company credit cards reconciliation and payments- Accounts receivable- Invoicing and crediting franchise partners monthly (and as required)- Liasing with franchise partners and attending to any queries- Daily Cash variance report for Boost Juice company stores - Arranging any Salsas head office gift card requests (internally and externally)- Debtors
