Packaging project developments, production, and manufacturing developments of packaging items.3. Mechanical process developments, accessories, and packaging project development and oversaw the implementation of production processes for new products and current product enhancements.4. To develop the new product and accessories regularly communicating with the supplier about the requirements and findings of samples, accessories, and spare parts of the products.5. Analysis of daily and monthly QC failed reports and finding the developments scopes and improvements. Daily OEE observation, obstacle findings & checking, and reporting.6. Performing incoming sample materials tests, preparing the report, and developing better quality sample products by meeting and negotiating with local and foreign suppliers.7. Finding the scope of the manufacturing process and reducing cycle time by machining development arranging jigs, fixtures, mechanical parts, and automation.8. According to production targets ensuring the quality of the product, rejection reduction, continual improvement of product, and making complete BOM and SOP of Products and software upload.9. Coordinating and communicating with related departments for daily Assembling problems and quality issues and solving them by taking effective actions in the manufacturing area.10. Practice the new idea to optimize the process and material cost.11. Mechanical Design-related works (CAD design and prototype sample). Calculating, simulating, and designing for the maximum loading capability on different types of containers for shipments.12. Manage, communicate & and motivate staff in line with the company’s vision, and mission, to achieve maximum performance, team development, and people satisfaction.

1. Supervising, Monitoring & follow-up the product in the manufacturing process in shift operation.2. Ensure production as per the customer's requirement followed by quality & quantity product.3. Receive daily indent from client & arrange delivery according to indent.4. Maintain 5S Management system, TQM quality management system, and ISO standards.5. Coordinate with Maintenance Department with a view to minimizing maintenance hours through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.6. Maintain inventory report & keep raw materials stock record with First in, first-out method (FIFO).7. Maintain raw materials consumption report, Production & Production Analysis report daily and monthly.8. Ensure maximum utilization of manpower & materials.9. Evaluate key productivity indicators as well as implement process improvement initiatives.10. Ensure man & machine safety as well as the use of Personal protective equipment (PPE) in the workplace.
