• Brief Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies, budget plan, and manage marketing campaigns across broadcast, print, and digital media according to the strategies for assigned brand(s).
• Development POSM, TVC, RDC, and other IEC materials (poster, leaflet, dangler, etc) for promoting the brand(s).

• Develop marketing plan, prepare annual budget, and campaign strategies for assigned products.
• Controlling and managing advertising agencies to ensure desired media output –TVC, RDC, press advertisement, etc.
• Develop communication materials for BCC campaigns, like posters, leaflets, detailing cards, dangler, outdoor advertisement, transit advertisement, social media marketing, etc.
• Planning & execution of trade promotion for increasing sales of the brand.
• Monitoring & follow-up campaign activities for better execution of campaign strategies.

• Facilitating effective coordination and liaison with the team and all other concern persons both within and outside organization.
• Reporting & documentation
• Assist to organize capacity building Training, local level advocacy and liaise with other Family planning service giver organizations.
• Interaction among the SMC programs and give them necessary feedback from clients for better program design and planning.
• Prepare & submit the report to the supervisor at the end of month.
