• Work at Back Office of Treasury & Financial Institutions Division.• Issue all kinds of Bangladesh Bank cheque (Placement, MTDR, Payment of different VAT/TAX/Fees etc.)• Communicate with other banks and collect Bangladesh Bank cheque and other related cheque.• Place all type of Bangladesh Bank & Govt cheque in Bangladesh Bank.• Collect MTDR instruments sent by different banks and our branches.• Provide required documents and Instruments (sent by Head Office or our Branches) to respective Banks for borrowing money.• Communicate with Bangladesh Bank to in-cash of/borrowing against our Bangladesh Government Islamic Investment Bond.• Prepare statement of unadjusted suspense account DD collection. Also Follow Up and ensure adjustment after communicating respective branches.• Maintain MTDR database and follow up on regular basis.• Maintain Bangladesh Bank cheque register.• Any other job under supervision and guidance of head of division and other senior officials time to time

• Dealing with the problems of Customers / channel partners / retailers by providing extensive end point solution. Retaining existing clients and attracting new potential subscribers.• Handling customer’s problem with a view to give the best service and satisfying them.• Proactively inform customers about different services.• Maintaining monthly KPIs like Service Quality Index (SQI), Sales, Adherence, Working Days and Average Calls Handling Time (AHT).
