Experienced organisation development, culture and change professional, learning facilitator and coach with around twenty years’ experience in the field of organization development, culture and change consultancy covering the areas of culture transformation, change management, talent and performance management, succession planning, recruitment and selection, leadership development and coaching, reward and recognition, and project management through working collaboratively with teams and leaders to deliver winning people strategies to empower people and bring out the best in them. Experience covers overall over 7 years HR operational experience with Vodafone Egypt and Nestle Egypt respectively, prior to that around eleven years experience in HR consultancy and advising clients on the Human Resource aspects of their businesses both locally and regionally, this included fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunications, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing industries both within the private and public sectors.
