• Define company’s procurement needs: Identify the materials and services that company requires, including quantity, quality, and delivery requirements.• Conduct market research: Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors, considering their experience, financial stability, and reputation.• Managing Purchase Order Requests, RFQ for tender (local & Overseas),• Applying sourcing methodology for goods, materials, and service, working in crossfunctional teams executing multiple sourcing projects• Managing sourcing for BP - Azeri Central East (ACE) development project and delivering agreed business targets• Evaluation quotations & creating Contracts to Successful Supplier (local& overseas).• Updating material Movement status / P2P report for the ACE project• Develop supplier relationships: Establish relationships with suppliers and vendors that align with your company’s values and goals and negotiate contracts and terms of an agreement that benefit both parties.• Monitor and evaluate performance: Monitor supplier performance to ensure that they meet company’s expectations and standards and evaluate their performance periodically to identify areas for improvement.• Continuously improve the sourcing process: Review and refine sourcing process to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and better supplier relationships.

Major responsibility - Processing tender and TBE for fabrication reqs. ( for reqs raised by Piping (Piping Spool, Piping Support), Instrumental and Structural Disciplines - for Flowline , Non Flowline, TAR and Scrum projects) and labour services reqs (construction discipline) . Responsibilities as a Buyer and Expeditor - Selection of Suitable Suppliers prior to Tendering. Issue of RFQ Tender Documents to Suppliers. Clarification of Bids received. Bid Evaluation and award to Successful Suppliers. Authorization and Issue of Purchase Orders to Approved Suppliers. Post Award Management of Purchase Orders. Clearance of any Blocked Invoices. Expediting delivery of Orders. Chasing Suppliers for readiness of the orders. Checking accuracy of shipping docs. Checking Cert. with QC-QA department. Arranging shipment of ready orders. Import Customs Clearance control.
