Collaborating with other federal agencies to utilize their procurement vehicles like Federal Supply Schedules, Indefinite quantity Indefinite Delivery, and Interagency Agreements. I trained procurement staff in writing statements of work, justifications, creating market research estimates and other contract related documents. Worked with agency executives to identify contract priorities, track key resources and dependencies for the contracts, and highlight potential risks and conflicts.

Chair Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP's) for procurements valued over 5 million dollars. Advised program managers with long range strategic procurement plans for small businesses. Facilitated the development of Request for Contracts to determine what products or services to procure. Facilitate long term procurement and strategic planning for Public and Indian Housing.

Managed Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic-Government Program. The program included of over 20 programs with an estimated total budget of 100 million dollars. I utilized Firm Fixed Price contracts, Interagency Agreements (IAA), Memoranda of Understanding Agreements (MOA), and Time and Material (T&M) service contracts to successfully complete the projects.
