▪ Lead the strategic planning/positioning processes of the association to ensure sustainability andrelevance of the association's work.▪ Ensure the operational effectiveness of all programmes and guarantee child-care quality accordingto the organisation's defined standards.▪ Ensure the effective and sustainable management of the national association's financial and otherresources.▪ Build the human capacity of the association to ensure its long-term growth and stability.▪ Ensure strong local rooting by promoting the association's local integration and by buildingrecognition at all levels in the country. Strengthen the affiliation to the international SOS federationby participation in and contributing to international processes.▪ Promote and manage an appropriate image of the organisation both internally and externally, usingour values, standards and guidelines as the basis for shaping the brand.▪ Ensure the implementation of agreed SOS Children's Villages International standards.

• Leading the development of strategic directions in Programme Development at national level, framed by the SOS Children’s Village Programme Policy and other related policies. This means to take action through one integrated programme of child development in a caring family environment (families of origin; SOS families, other alternative family-based care options) and through programme interventions (direct essential services; capacity building; advocacy in the fields of care, education and health) • Ensuring the implementation of quality standards within SOS Children’s Village Programmes as described in manuals, policies and concepts such as the SOS Children’s Villages Manual, Quality4Children standards, the Danuta and Danilo paper, the Family Strengthening Manual, and other future SOS CVI manuals, policies and concepts (in all fields of SOS Children’s Village Programme responses and activities).

• Leading the development and implementation of the SOS CVP in line with the SOS Children’s Villages Programme Policy and related international and national SOS policies, strategies, quality standards, and guidelines. • Leading the implementation of the programme management cycle including the CVP planning process as part of MA annual and strategic planning to ensure that interventions are relevant to the local context, respond to the needs of the target group, and contribute to the development of sustainable social support systems.

Collaboration with key partners, to define program strategy, advocate for this strategy within the relevant government ministries, direct the program teams, and manage the critical relations with other partners and key stakeholders. Provision of managerial support to the line managers and key project staff to achieve program goals.

- To manage the operational delivery of all program services; identifying families and children in need, conducting needs assessment, formation of community support groups, provision of training, developing and disseminating education materials, designing strategies to meet such needs, organizing professional development training for project personnel in collaboration with key project staff.- Ensure that the mobile services for children with intellectual disabilities Project meets stated objectives and services for children run in a quality manner.

Responsible for the design, coordination and effective delivery of services for beneficiaries of SSI’s Programs.-Managing individual cases of children and families enrolled to services as well as delivering designed Individual Care Plans and Family Support Plans; coordination of case related events, meetings, and discussions.
