He is a former athlete within his school playing both wrestling and basketball so has a very competitive nature and a team player. Rashad has always had a drive to achieve and accomplish big things a "dreamer" some might called.Through out Rashad career he made a commitment that he is no going to half anything or have one foot in and one foot out but to go all in and give everything into anything he pursues or all his work give it his all.This led Rashad on a plan of continuous learning and growing the skills needed to be successful in his work roles. Rashad spent his time reading business and finance books, attending apprenticeship for more leadership development, handling influx calls with multiply different system and programs. Practicing a developing sales and handwritten copywritting and marketing skills.
