Operations and Maintenance of the following VAS products: EVAM (Operation Support to take action on Real-time Data Across the Enterprise)Messaging platforms: USSDGW/SMSGW/SMSFW/SMSC, FRBT, BULKSMS, MCNS and Voice Mail platforms.

• Configure and provision the IN, VAS and Billing platforms and all related systems following relevant procedures (new IN and VAS customers, minor tariff modifications, access to service platforms and any other modifications not requiring major system modification) Provide technical support in implementation of new services.• Troubleshooting and solving customer complaints, subscriber services, signaling, traffic problems• Acceptance testing for new IN/VAS/Billing elements Provide emergency handling and support Software Upgrades of network nodes Application System Verification• Controlling the capacity of the IN/VAS/Billing Network elements and systems Coordinate with vendors for installation and initial system start-up and configuration as well as patch installation• Operation and Maintenance of Prepaid / Postpaid charging platforms.• Implementation and Operation of Value Added Services.• To administer both Prepaid and Postpaid platforms with creating users with proper access level and provide reports with active users of the platforms.• Configure and provision the IN and VAS platforms.• Perform management, operation, configuration, maintenance, fault clearance of main IN and VAS systems and platforms, databases and applications as System and Customer Care Interfaces.• Provide technical support in implementation of new services.• Troubleshooting and solving customer complaints, subscriber services, signaling, and traffic problems.• Provide emergency handling and support.• Controlling the capacity of IN/VAS network elements and systems.• To coordinate the vendors and initial system start-up and configuration as well as patch installation.• Implement traffic interconnection: internal, external with other operators, roaming partners.• Control, troubleshooting of the Mediation process and devices.• To take regular system and database backup of the platforms.
