In my current role I directly oversee five stores throughout Ontario & Montreal. In my previous role with Zara Inditex I was responsible for executing any and all operational procedures for the Toronto Eaton Centre location. In doing so I oversaw a team of 50 daytime associates, and an overnight team of 5. This required meticulous planning and preparation for the reception, processing, and distribution of merchandise for Women’s, Men’s, and Kids departments in addition to timely e-commerce fulfilment. All the while simultaneously ensuring each department’s sales floors are being maintained according to visual standards.

During my time with H&M I was responsible for curating schedules for 150+ staff. Handling daily administration with high volume banking. Ensuring that the customer experience is reflective of H&M’s world renowned standard while actively monitoring the businesses KPI’s to sustain financial health with regards to profit and loss guidelines. Actively monitoring Loss Prevention techniques and ensuring that junior team members understand the reasoning and importance of the policies and procedures currently in place.All the while constantly training and fostering the development of future leaders to curate the next generation of management so that as I grew into my next role, the businesses standards were upheld.

During my time with the Aldo Group, I was the store manager of the flagship location in the Toronto Eaton Centre. While combatting the difficulties of the pandemic through my leadership we were able to maintain the financial volume classification of 2019 in 2020 & 2021 despite ongoing lockdowns and capacity limitations. I was able to provide these results by shifting the focus of our efforts. By prioritizing timely, professional, and outstanding e-commerce fulfillment, we were able to remain a 6 figure revenue source.Upon reopening, we went from a team of just under 5, to a team of 25+. We piloted the success of the business by creating a welcome environment allowing the customer’s needs to organically present themselves, while subconsciously re-enforcing the immeasurable value of having a live sales associate with impeccable product knowledge at their fingertipsOne of my greatest achievements while with AGNA was being selected to represent the company as an Instagram ambassador through takeovers and print campaigns. In addition to growing my team, bringing above market KPI’s, and being a face for the brand, I also boasted the highest customer satisfaction ratings for both purchases and returns within my market, and my region.

Here I learned team leadership, KPI management, scheduling, and the communication skills required to articulate your needs clearly while ensuring you are remaining kind in your delivery regardless of the situation. The skills and knowledge I gained during those years I consistently look back on when I am developing leaders in my new role. During my time in university working towards my Bachelor of Interior Design I had the privilege of working full time as the principal designer's assistant at the world renowned firm Cecconi Simone. During my years here I was involved in every single project that was under construction and saw many from inception to completion. Of the dozens of projects, I worked on the most challenging as well as rewarding within Canada would be One Bloor Tower, The Massey Tower, Monde Condominiums, Edition Richmond Townhomes, Block Townhomes, Trinity Bellwoods Towns, Chaz Yorkville, & B-Streets. I also worked on several private residences for Canada's Elite buisnessmen such as Galen Weston, Starbucks Executives, Music Executives, as well as many of the developers we partnered with. Outside of luxury residential spaces I have also curated office spaces, IIDEX installations, & The Sub Zero Wolf Showroom. Beyond Canada I was the lead for all sourcing, procurement, and installation of all furnishings, accessories, and artwork on five condominium developments in the northwest quadrant of Washington DC as well as neighboring Tyson's Corner, and Bethesda, Maryland. Having custom art pieces curated for lobby spaces in Europe, while ensuring the lead time for shipping to DC will sync with the completion of the project, while furnishing the amenity spaces on the roof - I can confidently say it was this position that taught me how to multitask large scale responsibility for high end clientele.
