- Planning the monthly grid for Ein- Managing the channel's library via the relevant software (Vision) including but not limited to number of episodes, duration of each, rights . . etc- Setting "plan B" for Special Event grid with last minute modifications i.e. Saudi League matches flexible durations - Managing Program/episodes overlaps and Fill-In spaces material production and Planning- Working closely with the transmission team to supervise on-air grid accurate implementation- Managing all relevant preparations and marketing plans for viewership high seasons i.e Ramadan, New Yrs Eve - Selecting highlights of the month (Generic/specific) and prepare promo messages- Setting the promotional media plan for the hits of the month- Coordinating with the promo department to get the message through creation- Viewing, evaluating and selecting acquisitions- Assuring acquisitions goes with the annual budget of the channel- Managing the acquisition plan for Ramadan and special seasons - Coordinating with the Acquisition dept. concerning 3rd parties content providers- Coordinating with the ART Digital Alliance for digital content utilization (VAS)- Coordinating with different third parties i.e. communication, advertisement, marketing . . etc.- Helping to set the annual production plan - Participating in setting the annual budget of Ein Channel- Setting assessment sessions and meetings with new-production teams
