Aspiring IT Help Desk Technician with entry-level proficiency in Information Technology. My ambition is to assist SMEs through providing technical support and excellent customer service by using my skills in communication and computer hardware.Key Strengths:- Driven to take on new opportunities and challenges that allow me to utilize my skills (e.g. computer hardware instillation, Microsoft Office, and Software Troubleshooting) to ensure customers have a positive experience.Other Interests:- Learning to play the guitar. I take weekly class and while it can be challenging at times I find that challenge to be enjoyable.- Judging debate tournaments over the weekend. In high school I was a part of the NYC Urban Debate League, I am still involved with organization and occasionally judge at local tournament's. I enjoy getting to see the creative arguments and giving younger debaters feedback on how they can improve.
