 Production follow-up from order received to delivery according to greige demand including all relevant process as dyeing, twisting, etc if needed. Order received based on the capacity as warping (creel capacity), sizing (creel capacity) and loom capacity Production planning (based on order quantity, loom type, no. of required reed and delivery schedule) & loom allocation. Maintain monthly work-in-process (WIP). Costing calculation based on provided pick rate, yarn price, dyeing and twisting rate etc.  Any kinds of Fabric analysis (Design & pattern) and yarn consumption with color wise dyeing program. Pattern making and warping, sizing program. Making various kinds of fabric sample according to buyer requirement. Making a good conversation with respected concern about delivery schedule,Production quality, and any types of issues those might hamper the smooth production.
