Responsibilities: • Follow up of accreditation procedure on yearly basis. • Follow up of Calibration procedure on yearly basis• Train up & follow up of technician’s and Lab Asst. job on every working day. • Follow up of lab document. Follow up of lab testing. • Take corrective action plan by root cause analysis for product failure.• Review of assessment & Report making. • Document maintain about Physical, Chemical & analytical test. • Fabric & garments risk assessment/Limitation before & after washing/dyeing bath.• Planning machine capacity and customer requirements fulfill.• Check Chemical MSDS & various Certificates as per buyer requirements for chemical issues. • Give training to the chemical user about chemical MSDS, handling, PPE using, storage, health& safety. • Keeping all test instruments properly & proper way.• Daily instrument calibration proper way if needed.• Control & manage customer queries with regards to testing & standards.• Maintaining customer wise quality norms/standard strictly.• Manage and delegate daily duties within the laboratory. • Properly maintain test method according to customer standard/requirement.• Manage customer relation. • Take necessary steps to improve fastness, GSM & Dimensional stability. • Knowledge about ISO, AATCC, ASTM, M&S, NEXT & H&M Test Methods. • Knowledge about the different standers used by different suppliers and buyer. • Ability to work in a team basis organization culture. • Capable of shouldering any responsibility which suits my qualifications. • To maintain the pH according to the buyer requirement. • To improve the all kinds of color fastness. • To improve the color fastness to Rubbing. • To improve the color fastness to Phenolic yellowing.
