CurrentLead Audit and Risk Management Division by implementing action plans related to risk assessment and annual planning, audit execution, audit reporting, staff recruiting and development, audit technology, and Audit Committee reporting.Lead Internal Audit’s annual risk assessment and enterprise risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plan and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.Oversee the execution of individual audits defined in the audit plan ensuring the highest level of quality.Meet regularly with the Audit Committee to report the status of Internal Audit’s ongoing monitoring activities, inform the committee of emerging risks and/or exposures Proactively inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and/or governance requiring prompt attention.Manage the process to track, follow-up, and close all open audit issuesActively participate in executive management meetings and/or committees to ensure that Internal Audit is well-informedMonitor and enhance the application of the internal company procedural controls, safeguarding of the company’s assets and interest of its stakeholders.Direct audit staff in planning, organizing, and monitoring of Internal Audit operations.Participate in strategic planning through relevant risk assessment.Confer with Audit Committee to review audit plans, audit results, and recommendations to resolve audit findings.Direct the overall performance of audit procedures (including performance, financial, compliance, operational and information systems audit activities)Lead complex / special investigationsProvide consulting services to department management. Perform all other ad hoc activities as and when required.Ensure compliance with Secure’s Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures.
