Main Accountabilities:• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.• Present new products and services, work on products positioning, and enhance existing relationships .• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.• Attend industry functions, such as association events and exhibitions, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions.• Assign and Manage Channel distributors, assist them with marketing plans, technical support with their clients, train their professionals, lead generation and profit analysis.• Work on marketing to ensure that prerequisites (like Prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.• Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light & support the sales team technically.Major Achievements: Specify products across the region's Consultants, MEP Consultants, Designers and Developers. Introduce new product categories to maintain market share and keep up with market requirements.Obtain product certifications and local authorities approvals.Assign and Manage Channel Distributors.

I participate in material submittals, method of statements, Risk assessments, ITP preparation & Site preparation form tools and equipment, and follow the site and project schedule and activities, following as well both commercial and technical requirements. Also a lot of duties that might vary with different projects, such as:• Reviewing project plans and proposals, and then working with management to develop project objectives. • Identifying project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculating time frames and sequences the stages of the project.• Preparing and distributing a description and timeline of the project. • Studying product design, customer requirements performance standards, and then determines project specifications.• Presenting cost estimates and performance standards. • Conducting tests assuring safe and satisfactory product performance. • Reviewing contractor bids; interviews and assigns personnel to specific phases and elements of the project through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project.• Preparing status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules. Allocating project resources appropriately; approve expenditures; employee contractor contracts. Keep an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects.• Presenting procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project; maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing procedures.
