• Maintenance planning on Oracle System for mechanical Activities. Review all work order feedback & update PM & standards accordingly.• Super vise maintenance activity in plant according to production planning.• Responsible for maintenance budget of mechanical point of view. Prepares performance & cost reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Participate in budgetary preparation for Mechanical maintenance• Kaizen & improvement owner for plant. Collecting kaizen from plant operators take budge approval if required & than implement it. Focusing on after & before the facts of all kaizens and give report to plant manager.

I was part of startup team of new Ariel plant of Procter & Gamble in Pakistan at Port Qasim.Responsibilities during Plant Construction.• Owner of MSG (Making Synthetic Granule) floor Level 1 for construction, all type of safety & quality measures in my floor.• Responsible for Installation of HPP (High Pressure Pump) for sulry.• Responsible for IQ, (installation Qualification) OQ and PQ for HPP, Tower conveyor Belt, Dry Scrape, Air lift Channel and Slury Day tank.
