CurrentResponsibilities - 1. Sales Reporting: • Prepare comprehensive daily primary and secondary sales reports encompassing all item categories, highlighting achievements over budget and year-on-year growth. Create monthly sales reports and conduct time series analysis, collaborating with guidance from the CM and HOS.2. Data Collection and Maintenance: • Gather primary sales data from SAP and secondary data from various sources daily and organize it into the main database. Maintain and update databases to ensure the accuracy and security of data, while also ensuring data integrity for reliable information for analysis.• Manage a master database of distributors and dealers/retailers to facilitate smooth operations of various sales software and ensure data accuracy.3. Power BI Dashboard Development:• Perform data cleaning, modeling, integration, and transformation for the creation of Power BI Dashboards. Design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.• Independently develop and maintain Primary and Secondary Sales Power BI Dashboards.4. Budgeting and Target Setting:• Collaborate with the CM, CFO, and HOS to prepare yearly national sales budgets on an SKU-wise basis. Assist in quarterly target preparation for all sales persons.5. Salesperson Performance Evaluation:• Evaluate quarterly performance of CH, BDM, TSI/ISRs, BDI, and other team members based on various performance criteria.6. Monthly Stock Analysis:• Conduct SKU-wise stock analysis for individual distributors to identify sales and receiving gaps, considering opening stock, primary sales, secondary sales, and closing stock.7. Collaboration and Data Support:• Provide on-demand data and analysis reports to key stakeholders such as CM, HOS, NSOM, BDM, Cluster Heads, and others to meet their specific requirements. Collaborate with other departments like Accounting & Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to understand their data needs and provide necessary support.
