CurrentFor Yarn & Grey (Import & Local), ▪ To receive Yarn & Grey requisition & make bulk plan. ▪ At first check our available stock & then go for purchase. ▪ To collect various quotations & prepare a comparative statement (CS). ▪ Preparing and issuing a purchase order (PO) to the successful bidder and receiving PI for opening LC. ▪ After doing LC follow-up the shipment from LC date to In-house the goods. ▪ Collecting Organic Certificate, BCI, GRS, RCS, PSCP, CMIA, Lenzing Ecovero fiber & yarn acknowledgment Online. ▪ To work with local & abroad suppliers. ▪ Coordination on fabric booking meeting. (Yarn & Grey selection and allocation) ▪ To communicate with the merchandising dept. about projection & confirmation of orders. ▪ Order Placement Date follow-up. ▪ To work with Logic Software (ERP) & Fast React.For Dyce & Chemical (Import & Local), ▪ Follow up Dyes & Chemical stock reports. ▪ Make all dyce & Chemicle purchase schedule planning. ▪ Source & make CS as per requirement. ▪ Purchecing Dyce & Chemical for Dying, Printing, ETP, Cooling Tower & Boiler. ▪ Followup from PI receiving to In-house. ▪ Keeping a record of all items. ▪ Collecting all certificates of Dyce & Chemical as per buyer requirement. ▪ Also update all to Logic Software (ERP) & Fast React.
