I managed all operations for NCC Group with regards to registry data escrow for the new ICANN gTLDs as well as registrar data escrow.

Was responsible for the development, maintenance and support of the business critical applications: Sage Line 500 ERP and Sage CRM. Was responsible for the full development cycle of these two applications from requirements gathering to design, testing, implementation and end user training. Managed and developed other peripheral applications which were heavily integrated with Sage Line 500 using in Microsoft .NET technologies.Responsible for business process re-engineering.Database administration with regards to mssql 2005, 2008r2 as the core applications such as the ERP, CRM and business reporting used these technologies.Responsible for creating custom .NET applications to extend and enhance existing business applications.Responsible for the development of SharePoint 2010 webparts.Member of the global Business intelligence Reporting team which was responsible for creating and maintaining business reports through the use of the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS). Chaired the organisations Sarbanes Oxley change board of control. The board assessed the risks of IT changes and determined whether an IT change could go ahead or not.

During my employment at Datel, I gained in depth knowledge of Sage L500 ERP system through providing first line support to Datel’s many customers. I also gained knowledge of MSSQL Server, Unix and Oracle. I also obtained skills with regards to Version One Dbforms which is an application used by many customers who have Sage L500 ERP to generate their corporate documentation such as sales invoices, purchase orders, statements etc. Excellent time management and communication skills were required for this role as Datel prides itself on providing its hundreds of customers with quick and accurate solutions. During my employment at Mercia Software Limited, I provided first line support for Mercia’s custom made supply chain management software: Mercia Links.The suite of products Mercia provided operated on large Oracle databases and it is through this role that I gained exposure to Oracle database administration.As I gained experience and knowledge I gained additional responsibilities such as training new employees about the software, helping with the recruitment process of new software support analysts and providing cover for my manager through holidays and absences.

My employment with SKM Chartered Accountants started off as a weekend job whilst I studied for my Degree in Accountancy with Computing. My roles initially started off with completing bank reconciliations, but soon evolved into completing full chart of accounts. I also took on the role of completing VAT returns and I maintained petty cash. During my second and third year of my Degree, I took a year out and worked at SKM chartered accountants and I gained a substantial amount of experience in the accountancy.
