As the Stores Operations & Sales Manager at Oxygen Nutrition, I lead a team of 39 staff members across 16 locations, overseeing the daily operations, inventory management, customer service, and sales performance of the stores. I have been working at Oxygen Nutrition for over nine years, starting as an Operations Coordinator and then becoming a Wholesale Account Manager, before taking on my current role in September 2023.I have a strong background in biology and microbiology, with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Zoology/Animal Biology from Al-Azhar University and a Diploma of Education in Microbiology from Minufiya University. I also have a certification as a Sports Nutritionist from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), which enables me to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers on their nutritional needs and goals. I am passionate about promoting health and wellness through quality products and services, and I strive to create a positive and engaging environment for both our staff and customers.
